SELECTED CRITICAL TEXT
The recent 3D techniques used by some video artists, including Giuliana Cunéaz, tend to be immersed in often abstract worlds, far from realistic or classically narrative logics. In short, video art is increasingly hybrid, difficult to confine within a disciplinary field. From the start it engaged in a dialogue with the other arts as well as other media, and even more so early in the millennium, through the innovations and connections made possible by digital technology.
